Kelly Wins Big in Vegas!

The Highroller Reining Classic proved to be a huge success for Kelly and her two horses, Spook and Denali. In their first show together, and draw #1 nonetheless, Spook and Kelly marked a 219 to win the L3, L2, and L1 Non Pro Derby Championships. Not far behind Spook was Denali, who marked a 218. He placed top five in all 4 levels of the derby. Altogether, Kelly won over $14,000 for her two runs.

TT Goes out on Top at Her Last Youth World

Capping off an incredible youth career, Theresa and Lucy won the Western Riding at the 2011 AQHYA World Show. Even more impressive was that she qualified all 3 of her horses back to the western riding finals and placed in the top 10 with all of them. Mikey proved, yet again, that he is a consistent force to be reckoned with and placed 3rd in the class – his 8th consecutive year to be top ten at the youth world in the class. Diva placed 9th in the class.

Theresa also made the western pleasure finals on Lucy, placing 4th, and the trail finals on Diva, placing 7th.
